With very good results, the Development Center of the University Family (CEDEFU) of the University of Colima, closed the workshop basic healthy cooking for diabetes, which had as its purpose the participant to acquire basic knowledge to be applied in your personal and family life in respect of the preparation of foods and nutrients for people with this disease.
The twenty participants mentioned being happy to receive the know-how to treat family members with a history of diabetes, in addition to that will be able to improve the life-style to cook in a healthy way.
Carlos Enrique Tene, director of Forecasting health Care CEDEFU, thanked on behalf of the director of this center, Alicia López Hernández, the valuable participation of the attendees, and commented that the workshop was held with success.
Finally, he thanked the work of the nutritionist Glory Marbella Lopez Ortiz and chef Jose de Jesus Solis, for providing this workshop.
