The three friends of the engineer Shirley Villanueva-Rivera (24) —who mysteriously disappeared 5 months ago on the beach in Marbella— will be accused of omission of relief, reported Canal N.
So says a research Direction of human Trafficking, which concluded that “the disappearance of the young would be associated with an accidental occurrence, which would have resulted in their drowning”.
The document indicates that the 3 young people with whom she was Villanueva Rivera “they were able to solicit support for the rescue of the young; however, willfully omitted from the order of relief, to then leave the place, without giving account to anyone of what happened.”
He also points out that “neither reported the incident to the parent of the aggrieved, or to his friends who asked for it, who have expressed different facts that did not fit the reality.”
The Police found liability on Edgar Well Velarde, Bryan Sands Alive and Joseph Velasquez Fernandez as the alleged perpetrators of the crime against the life, body and health, in the modality of omission of assistance or notice to the authority.

* Bryan Steve Sands Alive (22), Joseph Stefan Velasquez Fernandez (22) and Edgar Well Velarde (23) gave the same version to the Police and were assured that the young man drowned.
* The Police conducted the due diligence to try to locate Villanueva Rivera. However, until the time the young man did not appear neither dead or alive.
